Variable Wattage Advantages?

Recommended Posts

just got my VAMO in the mail and began to wonder something...is there any actual advantage to VW. does it make the batteries last longer? is it "more better" for the atomizer in regulating the power/voltage going through it? could someone explain the advantages of Vari-Wattage over Vari-Voltage....if any???

As your atty (carto) ages it changes resistance and you would have to adjust your voltage to get the same vape. With VW it maintains the same vape as resistance changes by automatically adjusting the voltage.

No you shouldn't have to change anything once you set your device for your sweet spot.

VW devices have built in ohm meters that sample the resistance of the attached atty or carto etc...

and adjust their voltage to meet the power output that you set.

The main variable is the accuracy of the units ohm meter but once you find the power you like

it will be consistent up to it's amp limitation or within it's power limits (high or low ).

If you like to change delivery devices or juices frequently then the VW unit becomes a bit less convenient

because then you may find yourself resetting it for each different juice or device to suit your taste lol.
