BDub
Good day! Total newbie here. If this has been posted before, I apologize. I searched high and low, and did not see anything like this. Hopefully this is the right thread for it. I got some juice from my brother (out of town). It produces a ton of vapor. The store where he bought says it has no VG, only PG, and possibly some water and or ethyl alcohol, and flavoring (alcohol may be in the flavoring?, they won't say). I'm curious how they get so much vapor without VG? Is it the alcohol or water. If so... what are the downsides to doing this for my own mixes? Thanks! mcquinn
PG and VG are very similar chemicaly.I am not sure any additives like water or alcohol would make more vapor ,likely less.I think liquids with a higher ratio of either PG or VG to other things produce more vapor.Seems to me the most flavorfull ones will carbon up an attie or carto quicker so there is a tradeoff.I suppose that is why there are som many different makers out there because we all have different wants. ancient11
I have never been able to produce that much vapor without vg.
kitsune
hmmmm....not at all sure how they did that. I still have to add VG to my mixes to get a bit more vapor. Haven't encounter any other additives that work better than VG....doesn't mean it doesn't exist however.
