Common sense, but will not change the minds of many. That was published in November of 2011. The FDA is posed to present regulation starting in April. Bottom line is money. The government isn't getting rich on saving lives or helping anyone out.

If they find a way to tax e-juice I'm sure the whole topic would change. But for that they have to make us believe that e-juice is worse than nicotine gum or patches...

That is one great article!! I applaud John for speaking up like he did. I hope he does another go at it early this year, before the Obama Care 50% Nicotine Tax Increase. Imagine having to pay 50% more on your medical needs just because you ate one too many salsa chips.

IF the FDA cared. THey would force a reduction in cost on Nicotine supp. Quit smoking aids. REgualte they are affordable and low cost and give rebates for those who use them over smoking. Yet where is the profit in that?

PS Obama has Smoked. He has also been seen with E-cigs instead of cigs.
