mse12
Have you tried running small washers on this center post to prevent the top coil hot spots? Uma gave me this idea and it is a wonderful fix for any top coil hot spots. My wick used to lean similar to what yours is doing but not now. Uma recommends M2.5 which I could not find right away but I did find M3. They work just as well I believe. Here are the pics to get an idea of how I've got my AGA-T+ setup. mse12
That's a beautiful wrap MSE!! Thank you! That's 30 gauge kanthal. I think it meters around 1.4-1.5 ohm. Running great with the additions of the washers. I've run about 5-6 tanks on it. Uma
willmon22
I will have to see if I can find some washers. If not I will get some. I think my wick is too thick though as it covers the hole entirely but can still be pulled out.
mse12
I picked up the washers at Lowes. It was a 5 pack and cost $1.08. Can't go wrong, they are SS as well. Uma

Is the wick solid or hollow? Some people love both. I tend to build hollow wicks. Just trial and error really. Uma
willmon22
Yeah my wick is hollow. I wrapped it around a paper clip and put on the atomizer and wrapped it and pulled the clip out. Uma
miketisan
From the replies I assume you have tried almost every possible thing in vain, now the only thing is to get it replaced from the company if warranty or guaranty is valid, or replace it. willmon22
I got it from someone on the forum. It was given to me to try out. So I am not worried about that at the moment. Uma
DavidBowser
Now if we could find the wick material by the yard and wire by the mile and juice by the gallon----. Uma
willmon22
Well I have been told you can for the wick and wire. The juice though I am not quite so sure. Uma should be able to tell you where to get the wick and wire in those amounts. Here is a site I found you can get up to 5 gallons http://www.vaporrenew.com/index.php/e-juice-bulk.html just google ejuice by the gallon and you will find some sites that sell it by the gallon or higher. Uma
I haven't purchased eliquid by the gallon before, but here's a good place for purchasing your VG & PG by the gallon so you can mix your own flavors. http://www.essentialdepot.com/ For mesh wire, McMaster & Carr as well as themeshcompany sells by the sheet: Here's one of the ones I purchased: Ltd #400 Super Fine Filtration Mesh - 25 Micron) WSS500SF-A4 Super Fine #500 Stainless (A4, #316SS, "L" grade I believe) For A1-Kanthal 28, 30, 32 gauge, I've purchased from KingOrchid on eBay at reasonable prices: http://www.ebay.com/itm/Resistance-heating-wire-Kanthal-A-30-awg-100-ft-/251210778950?pt=LH_DefaultDomain_0&hash=item3a7d544946 For Flat Ribbon Wire I've so far ordered from here: http://www.ebay.com/itm/Kanthal-D-Ribbon-resistance-heating-flat-wire-0-6-0-1mm-024-004-/221183516433?pt=UK_BOI_Electrical_Components_Supplies_ET&var=&hash=item337f909f11 Nicotine and flavorings are everywhere. Sometimes it's just easier to mix your own Zero Nic Favorite Flavored mix and then purchase same flavored ejuice at a higher mg, and mix the two together into a small 30ml bottle or less. That way you're never stuck at just one size fits all. You can adjust your mg levels as your need requires... which usually means less and less is needed as you vape along... but sometimes higher is needed if you can only vape during work breaks, in which case, being able to mix your own 36mg bottle for work and your own 12mg bottle for at home is priceless. willmon22
What exactly is the throat hit option on the ejuice page? http://www.vaporrenew.com/index.php/e-juice-bulk.html this is the first time I have seen this option. Do you think that other ejuice makers would know of this option and be able to add it to your juice?
Uma
haha, well, one never knows what another seeks, when the FDA is on our tails... Willmon, I believe they add pepper to induce a throathit kick. If you're after more TH, I would suggest purchasing various samples in various strengths... willmon22
I wouldn't ever be able to afford getting that amount of juice in bulk.
