Suzicube
Warning...this is a really stupid question but I have no idea if it will work and wanted to ask before I tried it. I have the charger from my EGO-T kit that the USB plugs into the unit that goes into the wall. I am going on a trip tomorrow to Texas and accidently pulled my phone charger out of the part that plugs into the wall and left it at work. Can I use the wall unit that I use for my EGO battery to charge my cellphone. It's simply just a USB port. I didn't want to try it and have something happen to the phone or the charger for my EGO. seaspine
You should be ok,I often charge my phone on my Ego charger ,and I charge my Ego on my phone charger without any problems. Suzicube
mse12
It should work. My ego charger has a lower amp output than my cell phone charger. The ego charger puts out 0.7 while my cell phone puts out 1.3. The biggest difference here is just a slower charge. No big deal though. That's just been my experience and yours maybe different. AlexVctm
Some Motorola phones require higher than 0.5A, but usually all usb feeded devices have +/- same requirements. You should try charge it with that charger. In worst case it just will not be charging at all, but surely it will not damage your device.
