Cracked 3.5 Ml Smoktech Carto Tank

Does anyone know where I can buy replacement tubing for a SmokTech 3.5 ml. carto tank?

I got the tank pictured above in the mail today and it has a small crack in it, but I can't seem to locate just the tubing (minus the end-caps) anywhere online. I don't see the need in replacing the whole tank if replacement tubing is available.

I got it from VapeLite.info, one of my favorite suppliers, and emailed Paul a picture of the tank. He sent me a fresh tank out in the order I had placed the same day, and it arrived today unscathed.
