Is there any other things to check to see if it truly is a Joyetech? Edit: If it IS an eGo by Joyetech... Suzicube Posted October 17, 2012 Posted October 17, 2012 I would guess it would depend on what they are at fault for? Equipment that doesn't work? Probably not. An injury due to faulty equipment. Possibly depending on the severity of it.
