Low Res Or Dual Coil With An 808?

Just curious if that would work. I've heard it both ways. Not really concerned with batt life as I really only vape at night. Just don't want the damn thing to explode on me. Lol

No worries about exploding with an 808 that I know of other than when charging. As far as the dual or single coil I always go single coil. Im not sure what the benefit with dual coil is. I get the same or more vapor from the single. The singles especially work better on a mechanical 3.7v device as they draw less power from the battery. You will get longer battery life with the single also from my experience. Im sure others have their own opinions and hopefully we will hear them shortly.

neither on a gen2 808. Those work best with a horizontal coil carto which back when I was searching I could not find a true low res horizontal coil carto for the 808. You could use a low res boge vertical coil on it, but performance would be poor as the gen2s are regulated to 3.6v and just don't react well with a vertical coil.

dual coils would draw far too much power from a gen2 to use safely. Ur just asking that battery to do something it was not designed to do.

if you want to use either on an 808 you really need to look into a v4l 808.
