Are Bloog, Volt, Nexcig, Halo Etc All The Same Units?

I keep seeing them mentioned in the same vein but it looks to me like not only are they similiar products but they are the SAME product with just different branding.

Is that the case? Are they made by the same manufacturer and just rebranded out there differently?

yes they are all gen2 kr808's. Volt, bloog, halo, smoov, elitevaporworks, nexcig, and vapornine are all the ones I can think of off the top of my head.

exact same batteries, chargers, cartos, etc...

i've personally always been a fan of v4l's stuff over the gen2 808's. there's nothing wrong with the gen2 808's, they're a very good product, i just prefer v4l for the longer cutoff timer, and with their weekly sales in the newsletter that's free to sign up for their prices are just as good if not better than any of the gen2 products.

I'm not sure if kanger is the manufacturer for them all. I do know that bloog, and smokeless image get their batts from the same manf. Maybe cartos as well but I wouldn't swear to it. Bloog does get first pick of batts so theirs generally have longer cutoff times at minimum.
