slapaho3
As the title says i need some opinions on the lavatube. Im a ego-c user and im ready to take it to the next level. Im gonna order it from apollo cigs i really like the stainless steel they have.. But im not sure what tank system to get... or i dont even know if i should get a tank.. Only thing i care about is vapor production.. the more the better.. So what should i get guys? which is the best way to use the lavatube and max out vape production? danpio1217
If all you're looking for is vapor production, you'd probably be better served just picking up an ego-c twist and all VG juice. Cheaper options, same result. If you've fallen in love with the look of the lavatube (they are pretty slick after all) by all means, pick one up! Personally I don't notice a huge difference in vapor production when I crank up the voltage, to me it's all about the juice. 100% VG or a high percentage VG blend will get you oodles of vapor. As far as the tank it really up to preference, a carto tank or a dripping 306 atty will both get you good vapor. The ego-c tank setup however, always left me wanting. Mike
I agree with danpio about the twist C. It works great and goes up to a solid 4.8 volts and you already have a charger for it. From what I hear the Lava Tube is a great mod also. Get BOTH if you can afford it! As far as all VG juice, they do produce good vapor but so does 30%vg 70%pg. Some all vg juice is too thick for some delivery setups but some, like Bobas, is suitable for almost any use. What you want to know is what to put on your new Lava Tube or twist c. I want to know also. I've had a lot of luck with the Vision V3 and I've always used drip attys too. Gonna try the T3 that Brian(theveteranvaper) has. I'm not much into the slotted carto in a tank thing but lots of vapers like that. Be sure to let us know when you discover something that works the best for you. Brian
Looks like TW has the chrome LT (Torpedo) that comes with the eGo/510 connection. It says you can use eGo-C atomizers on it without an adapter. You may ask Apallo if theirs is the same - I couldn't tell from their site. Have to agree with the above though... since I got a Twist I've been using it 90%+ of the time. http://www.totallywicked-eliquid.com/products/variable-voltage-devices/kits/torpedo-chrome-vvv-kit-product.html
mcquinn
I would just try Vision V3 clearomisers on the gear you have. You can try different resistances and they work very well. The more complex things get the more likely you are to have problems. nana
I'll jump on the Twist bandwagon, too. I like my Lavatube, but since getting the Twist, I don't use the Lavatube much anymore. It is better when I need more battery time, but for around home, the Twist is my go-to device.
