"NEW YORK, NY, October 05, 2009 /24-7PressRelease/ -- On February this year, the FDA got sued by two of the most popular E-cigarette companies in the US- Njoy & Smoking everywhere. They sued for seizing and sending back product stocks shipped from China.

FDA didn't want the products enter the {US}. WHY?! FDA, like other federal offices is not driven only by the public's benefits, there are many other factors than that. Their excuse was the fact the Electronic cigarette is still under inquiry, by this fact alone- IT'S ILLEGAL for the FDA to stop and seize shipments in the US border but yet- It's in their power to do so as ridiculous as it is. That was the sue case.

The FDA has completed these days a preliminary test on 19 kinds of E-cigarette cartridges of Njoy & Smoking everywhere (rings a bell...) They have found ONLY 1 CARTRIDGE that contains Diethylene glycol "in very low levels". Same Diethylene glycol is found in tobacco cigarette in high levels, It's an humectant mixed in the tobacco to keep it moist.

Reading this S*** makes me so angry I could hit someone!!! The FDA is obviously not being paid off by these Manufacturers and thats the REAL REASON, or better yet, they ARE being paid off by the ANALOG CIGARETTE PEOPLE to make sure they don't have to compete with a product that could concieveably and hopefully will, put them out of business

I for one will never buy another analogue cigarette. I am doing my best to spread the news of e-Cigs. I have been successful at converting one of my employees to e-Cigs and my the guy my daughter is dating told me last night that he would like to look into switching. I just spent a week eating in restaurants and vaping after my meals, so many people have asked what that was. I handed out 20 of my business cards with VaporTalk.com and AwesomeVapor.com written on the back and told the people asking to do the research before switching or buying.

Big tobacco has had a strangle hold on this country far too long, they don't want to see this spread to the countries that they are doing record amounts of business in. Countries where there is no regulation like Mexico and Middle Eastern Nations.
