ggordie
Hi everyone I'm relatively new to vaping. I started vaping disposable gas station ecigs about a year ago to try and quit cigs. After about a month I sprung for a Volcano mini ecig starter kit. I loved it until the batteries started to die and I had to start replacing things. Eventually I gave up and went back to cigarettes. Last week I decided to get back on board with e cigs and bought a 50ml bottle of juice from Mad Vapes for super cheap. Until then Volcano was the only vendor I had used, so I'm weary about going through other companies. Now I'm looking for something a little bigger with better battery life. I'm thinking about an Inferno or an eGo. I'm looking for a complete starter kit, has to include everything needed to start vaping minus the juice. I'm hoping for something aound the $50 range but not more than $75. Preferably not a drip tip setup. What would you suggest? Does anyone know of a similar KIT with a passthrough battery? Please include a vendor name if you know a reliable, cheap one. Thanks for your answers, Gordie
Viper Ron
Welcome Gordie, you can get an eGo T system right here at Vapor Talk, it's a great kit and more importantly you get 2 eGo batteries and with the 510 thread you will have a ton of options if you don't care for the tank system $60.00 on sale now! thedouglenz
Fully agree with viper ron on that, all your necessities point to that particular system, I think you'd enjoy it if you gave it a try. Hope you find what you are looking for! Also, welcome to the forum
danpio1217
I'd say ego but i'm biased b/c that's all i use If i had to do it all over again tho, i probably wouldn't go w/ the starter kit route. I used the tank system for about a week and haven't touched it since. All you really need is 2 x 1000mah or 900mah batteries, some Boge LR 2.0ohm cartos, and your juice. The vapor talk store is great, and here are a few other suppliers i've used: http://ivape.net/ http://www.smoktek.com/ http://indyvaporshop.com/ Smoktek ships out from tampa florida, so you'd probably get the order in no time. And if you like the Ohio State Buckeyes (or dont mind a buckeye logo on your cartos), here's a local shop near where I live. They have dirt cheap prices on ego starter kits and cartos although their selection isn't as robust as the others http://www.buckeyevapors.com/
ggordie
Oh wow, I didn't even notice there was a shop on this site. Unfortunately it says the eGo is out of stock :/ . Is there an eGo with a cartomizer option? all I'm seeing in the shop is a tank set up and a regualar atomizer/cart set up. does such a thing exsist? Thanks for the reference Danpio, smoketek looks promising. I really like the the fact that they're so close!
danpio1217
No prob! also just found these guys, i haven't ordered from them so i can't speak on their service, but they have some good looking starter kits. Ego Mega carto option, or the larger kit looks like it comes w/ a couple different carto options, a little more pricey but compared to other kits i've seen it's worth it. Especially if you're just starting out that would be a good way to sample a few different devices to see what you preferences are. http://www.nashvillevapor.com/site/products-page/starter-kits/the-ego-dual-coil-cartomizer-kit/ http://www.nashvillevapor.com/site/products-page/starter-kits/nashville-vapor-ego-pro-kit/
