What ever happened to the phrase, "It is what it is,"? Meaning, why can't e-cigarettes be in a class of their own? I think what happens if I started the e-cigarette business and made no claims? How do they like them apples?

That's just it, have e-cigs made any claims, other than it's an alternative to smoking cigarettes?

Were not allowed to make any other claims other than it being an alternative thats why you see so many disclaimers on everyones sites. The FDA came down hard on Johnsons Creek some time ago because they had reviews that stated it helped them quit not even stuff they wrote themselves.

Lately it seems we've become a nanny state the government is under the impression that we can't think for ourselves and make our own decisions. I will continue to make my own decisions since I'm an adult and I've earned that right and for me e-cigs have helped me cut way down on cigarettes, and if the FDA wants to take away my right to say that then they are infringing on my freedom of speech.
