TheSmokingMan Posted April 29, 2012 Posted April 29, 2012 Last night my wife and I watch Crazy, Stupid Love. It started real slow and it didn't hold my attention, but it was funnier toward the end. Overall I thought it pretty lame, definitely a movie for the women.
Uma Posted May 13, 2012 Posted May 13, 2012 Darn it, it's official. Both Awake and A Gifted Man bit the dust. But, the almost good news is Jericho might come back! They've thought about it for years, but the schedules of cast and crew never realized... but now Netflix is putting the heat on to make it happen. Almost a Yay! I'll let out a real YAY when it materializes lol. Oh! There's a Vote spot after the article... hint hint ...

I have both seasons of that one and I would have thought the story line was played out on that one..
TheSmokingMan Posted May 14, 2012 Posted May 14, 2012 We started the series Homeland the other night, I have already seen it but my wife hasn't, so I'm watching it again with her. They have only made one season of it but I hope there is going to be more to come this year. Uma 1
twelveday Posted May 14, 2012 Author Posted May 14, 2012 the storyline on jericho did seem a little played out. i wanted **** to explode though
Uma Posted May 15, 2012 Posted May 15, 2012 Yeh, they played it out... but wonkily so. They were in a big hurry to wrap it up because of the Writers Strike. (the strike went on for forever). Hopefully they can somehow get it back on track before the wonks set in so terribly. Homeland?? I haven't seen that one yet. Will look it up. I have found my most favorite "frightened" scene of all time. If this gal doesn't win an award, I'll go on strike. Even the guys had us rewind the dvd last night so they could laugh again... then today I searched and found it on youtube. ENJOY!!
TheSmokingMan Posted May 16, 2012 Posted May 16, 2012 I personally never like scary movies because...they're scary! i bet her *** tightened up a bit there. lol It wasn't just hers that tightened up, I can attest ot that!
SouthWestPayDay Posted July 15, 2013 Posted July 15, 2013 Shows: Sons Of Anarchy, Walking Dead, True Blood and I just started watching Trailer Park Boys on Netfix....and Big Bang Theory
Uma Posted July 15, 2013 Posted July 15, 2013 I like SOA, (sons of anarchy) a lot, even though it's a whole lot of Soap Opera stuff going on. Falling Skies!!! Falling Skies with Noah Willey is so good. I can't stop watching it. It's as addicting as SOA except in another way of course. Aliens, end of the world as we know it, survivalism, .... the new Jericho if you will. Movies: "Boondock Saints" 1 & 2 and soon #3. It has enough serious to not be corny, yet it has enough corny to not be serious. Tons of cussing, violence, and humor.
blucavvy Posted July 15, 2013 Posted July 15, 2013 SOA, Breaking Bad, Madmen, Weeds, Nip/Tuck, The Walking Dead. My faves.....

Uma Posted July 15, 2013 Posted July 15, 2013 yeah she is pretty awesome, if you haven't seen Breaking Bad check that out as well. That is a good one, I agree. It's another I didn't catch from the Pilot on, but between Wiki and stuff, I wasn't too lost during the one season I did watch. Easy one to jump into, but not out of.
bcartervol98 Posted July 15, 2013 Posted July 15, 2013 I watch the Bachelorette.......don't judge I do too but by proximity to my wife and her putting up with Swamp People, Wicked Tuna, and Deadliest Catch lol
SouthWestPayDay Posted July 16, 2013 Posted July 16, 2013 I had just started watching the series, Trailer Park Boys, got through the first season, logged into Netflix this morning...no Trailer Park Boys episodes anymore!...SCREW YOU NETFLIX! :-/
