Soberrider Posted February 2, 2012 Posted February 2, 2012 (edited) I wanted to take a minute to recognise a company I have been dealing with in the last couple weeks. FreshSmoking.com sold me my first Joye Dura-C 510. I decided that it wasn't really a strong enough model and took advantage of their 14 day return policy. I spent the $5.00 to return the items and the next day (today) they mailed my 2 new eGo Passthrough's. They come with battery and usb cable together at $16.95 each. They even spent the .10 or .20 cents extra to pay for the difference for priority shipping to me. I just thought I'd be nice and publicly thank them for their good service. http://www.freshsmoking.com/ Edited February 2, 2012 by Soberrider
blucavvy Posted February 2, 2012 Posted February 2, 2012 love hearing about quality vendors. glad you've had great service with them!
smoochie Posted February 5, 2012 Posted February 5, 2012 Yay, finally someone mentioned my favorite vendor on here. FreshSmoking.com is really one of the nicest online vendors that I've purchased from. I've really been meaning to give them a thumbs up for ages but been too lazy, they always go out of their way to help me out. I used to be a cignot customer until I found out that they weren't selling genuine Joyetech products and after some searching, found FS. I also use the 510 and it's great, if you weren't happy with it, my guess is you might have gotten the automatic. Automatic batteries can never give the right amount of control with the vapor. The manual is the way to go. It's stronger because you can control how much vapor you're inhaling. I'm going to be upgrading and trying some of their ego stuff soon since I want an even longer battery life. Anyhow, their prices are really good, juice for $5.95 and it's strong and really low priced genuine parts (I only like buying the real stuff, it seems to last longer) and their customer service is amazing. My questions are answered really fast and if I ever have an issue, they fix it. Most importantly, they're honest about how long products last and how they work and what they recommend and stuff. Here's a tip also, ask for coupon codes, they're generous about giving them out if they have working ones. Another one of my favorite vendors is HealthCabin for their flavor enhancers. I don't like ordering parts and stuff from them regularly because it's a supreme hassle (especially if stuff arrives and it doesn't work) since they're overseas but every once in awhile, I'll place a large order for a bunch of stuff so I get free shipping. If you like bakery flavors, making your own juice or just pumping up the flavors of what you use, try Health Cabin's Milk & Egg, you'd be surprised, it's soooooo creamy. Thumbs up for both!
