Tektronik Posted January 31, 2012 Posted January 31, 2012 I've always been careful about where I lay my mods, except this time I've done it! Some Irish Cream e-liquid leaked out of my overfilled 306 DCA and made a 3 inch spot on a comforter on my bed:( Any ideas on how to get the spot out? It's a cotton comforter. It's a king size so it won't fit in my washer and dryer. I'd have to take it to the Laundromat but would rather not if anyone has a way to spot treat it. Sent from my PC36100 using Tapatalk
mcquinn Posted January 31, 2012 Posted January 31, 2012 I would think a wet washcloth should do it.PG and VG are pretty much water soluable, unless it has some coloring added it should wash right out.
Tektronik Posted January 31, 2012 Author Posted January 31, 2012 Heh, you know, come to think about it, I use those microfiber cloths to clean e-cig parts all the time. They go in the washer and come out clean with no stains! I guess I wasn't thinking. Thanks mcquinn!
sasetrase Posted January 31, 2012 Posted January 31, 2012 I spill on clothes/blankets/horses all the time. Kidding about the horses...mostly. A quick washcloth does it if the smell/spot bothers. Always washes out when fully washed. Just spot treat with a washcloth, as mcquinn has stated, will remove the stain for the most part.
mega Posted January 31, 2012 Posted January 31, 2012 e liquid help get my clothes there whitest and brightest lol. it comes out easily.ssoap n water.
Electroniccigaretteguy Posted January 31, 2012 Posted January 31, 2012 Just put a tiny bit of liquid detergent on that spot until it goes into the washer.
