mcquinn Posted February 5, 2012 Posted February 5, 2012 I did get a high def TV but a digital picture is fine for me .So I decided not to invest in BlueRay or DishHD.I do get some HD programming from my antennae,I don't see any reason to spend more money for it.I made the mistake of investing in a 6.1 suround sound system,it is piled in the storeage with my reel to reel and turntable.

Aside from it being owned by Sony (and I have a personal boycott of their products after they decided installing malware on your computer was OK), I just don't think they are different enough from DVDs to make the switch. I'm skipping Blurays altogether and going straight to digital Good list though, very entertaining.
