Jeffb
Ive experienced weight gain but not due to vaping. It has to do with a sedentary lifestyle and fast food diet
lacy
I think it is like when you most people quit smoking they gain weight. Guess I thought vaping would keep you from gaining that weight. Just saying
Christopher
I actually lost weight. I've put on some pounds over the last year or so but that's probably more due to stress. (2 kids will do that ) I still weigh about 10 pounds less than when I smoked. When I tried to stop smoking with the patch and gum I gained weight with both. Saabdrifter
I lost 10 pounds when I quit smoking. Then came the holidays and I gained it all back, and then some.
Cub
I have. I guess it's all because of quitting smoking. When I started vaping, my appetite is just so good, I am loving the taste and eat a lot then. It's all because the taste is back. Unlike smoking before, the taste is just different. calebw
Smoking suppresses your appetite. So when you quit - yes you will eat more and gain weight! eCigs seem to fill the void of time and space - you forget about eating. eCigs has been good to me!!!!!! kitsune
I was one of the unfortunates that gained weight. I know it wasn't substituting...I was perfectly content with vaping. I always gained weight when I stopped smoking, so kept pretty good track of what I was eating and still gained weight. Mind you the lack of exercise and love for sugar and fatty foods doesn't help. vaping is still worth it !!
