Nose Issues.

I'm on day 6 smoke free (yay!) But me and my girlfriend are having a good bit of nose dryness in the very back of our nose canals..makes you want to kind of pick something that isn't there..to the point where we both are having a bit of bleeding..not running blood or anything. Normal?

You need to drink more water or other fluids. Dryness is one side effect of vaping.

I hate to make the issue difficult but we both consume a ridiculous amount of water already...4 to 5 bottles a day..haha.

Could be the cold weather happens to me alot this time of year even when I was smoking, just a thought.

Mine was dry the first few months of vaping and even started bleeding. Now I am almost at 1 year of vaping and my nose runs. I always have to keep tissues with me. I am ok with it, at least I dont cough like I use to when I smoked. I am use too the runny nose.

Usually a combination of quitting smoking and starting vaping. Lots of changes going on. Try Saline spray?

I'd actually recommend saline nasal gel. Just a little dab in each nostril, and your good for a few hours.

This happened to me when I first started japing. I made a switch to only vg liquids and I've been fine.

Yeah, I'm coming up on a year and have the runs too. My nose that is, more allergy meds in the morning for me and it clears it up nicely.
