Aelle
I started vaping about two years ago and I can honestly say that up until recently, I have not touched a cigarette or had any craving for them. At the time I was using one of the old Joye 510 models. However, during the past six months I've been enduring quite a bit of stress due to illness and conflict within my family (and when I say conflict, I mean of the Jerry Springer variety). My e-cig never stood a chance against that kind of pressure, and I have, unfortunately, started smoking again. Of course, this isn't a habit I want to keep around for much longer, especially since I've already kicked it before. So I shopped around looking for something stronger than my Joye 510 and bought an Ego-T. It still doesn't have quite the kick that I need, but it is a step in the right direction. I've been looking into possibly stepping it up with a dual coil atomizer and a battery with a high enough voltage to support it, but before I do, I wanted to check in here and see if anyone on the forums have any suggestions-- because this is the first place I went to when I started vaping and everyone was so helpful to me then. Any suggestions or ideas are greatly appreciated. -Beleaguered ex-smoker turned smoker who wants to be an ex-smoker again.
BirdDog
The eGo T is really nice. I have only tried the LR version of the tank system. It is probably a good idea to step up to the dual cartomizers or maybe even the LR cartos. Your other option might be to try an up your level of nic. I have been vaping for 2 years and I still use 18/16 mg. I have experimented with lower nic and I do well, but when that stress moment really hits, I find that my old nic level really helps. Good luck.
Jeffb
Try the EMDCC (eGo Mega Dual Coil Cartos) : http://www.madvapes.com/eGo-Mega-Dual-Coil-Cartomizer_p_3225.html Im pretty sure you'll like em better than the tank and you can use them on the eGo batts you already have. DAYVAPE
Wow. I totally agree with 'jeffb' on this one! Amazing. They will most definitely work for you... and work well on the eGo T! Just make sure you aren't using 100% PG or it will leak out the bottom quite fast. Go with a PG/VG blend... 80/20, 70/30, or even 50/50 would suffice. Once you have filled them for the first time, (I prefer a syringe for the initial fill) all you need to do is top it off a few times per day, and you'll be golden. I pretty much use them all day every day now. Good luck to you ... again. Edited December 1, 2011 by DAYVAPE

DAYVAPE
Forgive me if you've already stated this... but what juice are you going to be using with them?
Aelle
Forgive me if you've already stated this... but what juice are you going to be using with them? I use kick bass vapors 60/40 VG/PG with 24mg nicotine.
DAYVAPE
That should work like a champ! However, I've never used more than 20% VG... but I think that ViperRon uses 50/50 in his with no issues.... right VR? That filler material is much more absorbent and loose than say a Boge LR carto. So, the thicker juices work great in them. I'm quite confident you will like them once you give them a chance. Remember, they will take a lot of juice to initially fill up... then just top-off from that point on and you are golden! Let me know what you think! Viper Ron
Yes DV, 50/50 works great in mine and I also use 70/30, 80/20, so he should be fine and also have used 100% VG Edited December 2, 2011 by Viper Ron
Uma
Sorry to hear you had stress problems... problems of any kind, really, but stress ones are a killer. I found myself in the same boat, last year.... and the stress is still oncoming. You have been given some wonderful tips by the previous posters. I'm sure you'll do quite well with those. If you still need more ammo, check out the HH.357 attys at AvidVaper.com I would purchase the long barrel for your first one because it protects better from hot spit than their regular shorter barrel one.. The HH.357 is outrageously expensive, but if taken good care of, it should last you for months. (there is a video tutorial on the regular shorter barrel page). The HH.357 is built for shorter draws, which means we can pull it like we can a traditional... we can give it those angry draws. As you know, most attys require a slow easy, relaxed draw. Having one or two in your arsenal might be worth it for your next stress session. Another thing that has helped me of late, is the Volt ecig. I know I know, it's a tiny little pen thing, how can that help? Well, it does. It has 3.7volts on a steady regulated current, which means it doesn't peter out between charges (until the last 2 or 3 draws). It allow you to V it in your fingers as you talk, as you drink your coffee, ... you know, those times. I love the new drip resistant Sealed Automatic batteries. I even use a short one for hands free times like playing Black Ops. Yeh, the battery life between charges is only about 2 hours for the shorty and about 4 hours for the regular, but the extra batteries are only 13 bucks, .. It's no eGo, but it has it's place. Another thing, are the variable volt options out there. You might want to invest in a good VV mod like the BuzzPro or Infinity Pro with all it's safety features, or the LavaTube or Provari... there are so many to choose from. The thing that helps tremendously during stress,is tons and tons of vapor. To exhale until we're blue in the face. To see our sighs exhaled from our bodies. There's something about the Vapor. I recommend Boba's Bounty and a good mod/cart/tank that likes BB. (I think the KGO does. Check out Pbuersado's reviews). Avejuice nailed it. I use it in my bottom feeder box mod by ReosMods (got the Reo Grand and love love love it!). Good luck to you, I wish you the best.
