She got 306D instead of 510 cartomizers. Will they still work? Is there an adapter she can use? mcquinn Posted November 13, 2011 Share Posted November 13, 2011 I like the 306's ,they are smaller than the 510's so they require a 306 drip tip.I got the Boge brand and they worked every bit as good as the Boge 510 carto's we all know and love.
