Crave
Well I got my 510 a few weeks ago and absolutely love it! So much that I am thinking of upgrading to an ego. But I have some questions.. xD First I will give you a link to know what I've been lookin' at.. http://www.madvapes....se-_p_2704.html First thing is, towards the bottom it says you cant use LR with the battery, I kinda thought those were kinda universal and could be used on anything. do they make one for the ego? Next question is, would I be able to get a tank atty and cart and just pop it on? or does that take a special kit? Also some sites say, "510 ego kit" while some just say, "Ego Kit" is there a difference? or does the 510 mean its compatible with 510 stuff, and the plain ego has its own set of things? Lastly, the madvapes site doesn't say anything about being Joye Brand ecig. I got my 510 from mad vapes and so far (only been a couple weeks xD) its been great. batteries both work, still on the first atty. the carts.... well they are carts.. xD case also works great too... Basically just looking for a recommendation for the madvapes 510 ego.. anyone else get one from them? and as always, thanks for all the help! My lungs are screaming their thanks too! hehe
mcquinn
The stock 510 batteries will not deliver the current for low resistance. It might work for a little bit but probably not worth it.If money is the issue then Madvapes has some box mods that will do the trick. The tank systems either require a tank style battery or an adapter,MadVapes sells Joye brand and several others that are compatible or interchangeable. They usually state the manufacturer ,if not they have contact address and are very good about answering questions.I buy a lot from Madvapes and have never had any problems .But as with any site there is the potential for misunderstanding if you do not do the research, which is what I assume you are doing here.A lot of this stuff is for folks with a little experience and could be a nightmare for a beginner if they try to get ahead of the learning curve. You can get a very good vape from almost any ecig. if you notice the folks who are bragging about the greatest PV they just bought are still looking and buying the next greates PV.I have other than adding cartomisers to my repetoire been using basicly the same sort of gear for two years and I am very happy with it.Standard resistance at 3.7 volts suits me fine I just tried a lot of liquids until I found the ones that provided what I wanted.the Ego clone in your link clearly states "Manufactured by Smok Tech with MadVapes Logo" but it may very well be a very good unit. Crave
So then there is a difference between the ego and 510 ego? smaller batteries?
Jeffb
All eGo style batteries have 510 connections. You can purchase them in various sizes 650 mah, 900 mah, 1000mah etc... A tank atty will fit on all of them.
Viper Ron
If you do decide to go with the eGo and already have a favorite juice pick up some eGo Mega Dual Coil Cartos with your order! You won't be sorry
Rip Topaz
If you stay with the standard 510, Madvapes has some chrome dual coil cartos that KICK!! I can't decide which I like better, the eGo DCs or the regular 510 DCs. Both are great. Also check out Madvapes dual coil tank carto. At $12, it's a freakin' STEAL.
