What a POS Mom. I hope she gets her *** beat in Jail. I can't stand seeing things like this. WTF is wrong with these parents? I would take that child into my home if I could. The most abuse my daughter gets is one to many Popsicles.

Helps strengthen my belief in Mandatory (reversible) sterilization at puberty. In order to get reversal, must pass IQ and psych eval.
