The substance in the cartride is a polyester fiber basically synthetic not made from any wheat type products. Below is a link regarding the main component in juice. http://www.propylene-glycol.com/production.html I do have 2 people I know with Celiac and both have been vaping for awhile; 1 for 6 months in Sweden and 1 for about 3 months in California.
