510 Cart Question!

Hey guys whats up quick question, when i refill my cart on my 510 i literally get about a smoke break before i get that "burnt" taste like its empty is that right? new to vaping soo im just curious. whats the burnt taste taste like? obviously burnt or what not but is it obvious should i be getting more than one smoke break out of a full cart?

Yeah, mine aren't lasting long either. Are you using your own juice or are they pre-filled carts? I am loving some Johnson Creek Original Smoke Juice, but I am running through it pretty quick. Haven't been doing the vaping thing even a week yet, and I trying to get it perfected. I tend to overfill sometimes still, and haven't found a cart filler that I really like. Tried Tea Bags (not the pyramid style yet) and just don't see the appeal so far. I like the standard poly filler that came with the carts for the Joye 510. The best investment I have made so far is the USB pass through. Gives lots of power so the addy can kick out some vapor. Seems to last a bit longer too, think it can create more vapor from less juice due to the increased power output.

If you think your getting a burnt taste then you probably are.

The thing is the 510's run very hot very fast, if the fiber comes even close to the atomizer then it's going to taste burnt. It's one of the downfalls to the 510. That's why we don't use carts. Direct Drip is your best bet with the 510.

Normally I get the burnt taste when

a. The cart's gone dry, or close to it

b. I didn't line the little rectangle on the cart with the atty, and the little V is melting the plastic on the cart. Very gross taste, I might add. Smell isn't pleasent either.

I have noticed that once your smell and taste comes back to life you notice the burnt taste in its very early stage. You learn to recognize it quickly before the real foul taste comes and top up frequently. That taste and small is sayin feed me juice.

I wish I could add more to what everyone else has said but, I haven't used carts in soooooooooo long that I think everyone else probably knows more about experimenting with carts than I do or at least as much as I do anyway. My solution would simply be to just stop using carts and start direct dripping. I think dripping is the only way to go really. I never get the "burnt" tast and NEVER get liquid in my mouth.
