Easiest Way To Refill Carts

I bought some carts( not cartomizers) and was wondering what's the easiest to refill ( if possible)

I may not be much help since i haven't used a cart in well over a year. If you're using a fresh cart (new filler that is dry), remove the filler, fill the cart about 1/2 full and insert the filler. Top it off with a few drops (or as many as it will take). If you're refilling a cart and the filler is already wet, probably the easiest way is to just drip on it and let it soak in.
