thank you .it is so true i was on antidepressant about 10 years ago . told my doc they didn't work so he gave me over about a 5 month time 6 differant pills not one of them worked for the better in fact it made me just plain nuts .i stopped everything on my own started taking better care of my self and i am just fine .good healthy food .rest .funn...making your self better is a inside job . change your mind change your brain it works .i wish everyone could see this .+1 for you my dear.thanks
