Christopher Posted May 3, 2011 Share Posted May 3, 2011 They can but it's sort of like cleaning a wooden fork... They're meant to be disposable. (Even the plastic ones) I personally don't advice you clean them. I try to use one flavor per cart. Once the center of the cartomizer turns brown, it should be tossed. Whether atomizers or cartomizers, cleaning them always seems to cause more harm than good. Cleaning should always be a last resort. Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
