New Laws And Charger Info

I am a former smoker that has been smoking Honey Rose tobacco and nicotine free cigarettes. I saw an advert for the e cig and researched it and decided I would get the V2 cigs kit. I then saw that Smoke Stik offered a pink one and was looking to maybe just get the pink battery from them. I emailed the company asking if it was the same as the V2 and if I could use the same charger, catomizers, and if they would be offering flavors. I got the response below and now I am concerned. Are the nicotine free and flavor options going away? Did I just spend $120 for nothing??? Thank you...Lyric

No the SmokeStik is not a KR8. It is the exact opposite, a 4081 and there is no adapter that I am aware of. We will never be offering flavors and it is likely due to the new FDA ruling that no one else will be able to offer them in the future either.

We wont know for awhile what the FDA is going to do about flavored e-juice. There are plenty of vendors out there still offering flavored e-juice. Since you already have the 808 setup, just get some blank 808 cartos and order some juice to fill it up on your own.

Thanks, I checked it out and am getting the pink vapor king. I was kinda worried about filling up my own because I chose auto batteries and read that if you fill your own cartridges that they could leak into the battery and ruin it. Just to let you know, I really know nothing about these e cigs except what is pretty and what reviewed well on You Tube. Is it a given that flavors will go away? What about those that want nicotine free? If the flavors go away, do you think the tobacco and menthol will have a nicotine free option? I'd really hate to have to go back to Honey Rose ;(

As far as a nic free juice, I dont see how the FDA could regulate it since there is no nic in the juice.

Thank you...I tell you while I have been nicotine free for a while, I just can't give up the act of smoking. I am so hoping this will be less hazardous to my health.

I see what smoke stick is saying though. The FDA did state products marketed before 2007 do not require new regulation. Which leaves us pretty much with the RN4081. I would be to concerned yet as we won't know until the regulation is released. Anything after that would need to be approved by the FDA...

When you fill your own, after filling it, hold a paper towel or tissues over the end and blow through it until it stops gurgling. That will blow out all the lose liquid and should prevent any leaking. Wipe the battery end off real good before putting it on the battery.

As for zero nic, you will always be able to buy PG and/or VG and flavorings, so you can make your own if you have to.
