spoolinst
Just the the five ten in the mail yesterday worked great until the batteries died and when i went to charge them apparently my charger doesnt work i got it from arno at awesomevapor.com all i can say is what great customer service that guy has yes the charger was broken but he did not hesitate to say he will seend me a knew one but until then its analogs oh well. the light on the charger doesnt turn red when i screw the batt in it just stays that dull green color. its weird its like it doesnt even acknowledge the batt is screwed in... anyone else have that problem? know a way to fix it? KarateLobster
Interesting issue, and what a terrible way to start off! However, getting a replacement should fix the issue. Gotta love a supplier that takes care of their customers. Don't worry though, you'll be kicking the analogues to the curb as soon as you get the fix. Christopher
Yea I've heard of this, it's rare but it does happen. 1000's of units are created and sometimes you just get a bad one. Luck of the draw. That's little China for you. Don't worry once the new charger is in I'm sure you'll be in vape heaven. Sorry you had a bad start! Roober
I wouldnt worry, he has super duper mighty speedy shipping. Every order I've gotten takes 2-3 days, normally 2 after its shipped. I recommend getting a backup, like the 801, since it has super long batt life. I go thru 1 or 2 a day and just slap em on the charger when they die.. but def a good idea to have some backup. Maybe a 510 passthrough would help you?
Christopher
Or a personally charger (PPC/PCC). That will keep your battery going for about 20 hours.
jmhester
That's a bummer, man. I had 2 bad Janty Sticks myself. I would agree about picking up an 801 (standard pen style). The parts are cheap and plentiful. They vape well and the batteries last a long time. Most of the suppliers have them fairly cheap. With all the money you are saving on analogs, you can get some nice gear! Edited August 28, 2009 by jmhester
Christopher
If your going to get one try to find the RN models. IMO they work better than the DSE's.
VegasVapor
Or a personally charger (PPC/PCC). That will keep your battery going for about 20 hours. I know PCC stands for Personal Charging Case. What does PPC stand for? 2 P's? in a pod? If your going to get one try to find the RN models. IMO they work better than the DSE's. Where can you get an RN model penstyle? Only ones I see are the DSE models.
Christopher
I say PPC and PCC because some people use different names. Personal Power Case, and Personal Charging Case. Depends on the supplier. As for the RN models I'm not sure who has them now, I have quite a few RN attys left over from a large order I made with Puresmoker.com Do a search on google and I'm sure something will come up
Christopher
Looks like this supplier has them, although I've never heard of them and never purchased anything from them. The DSE atty's probably work fine too, I just happen to like the RN models, they have always created great vapor for me. I use them in my Janty Stick. http://suresmoker.com/index.php?main_page=product_info&cPath=3&products_id=7&zenid=f03e971d15bbbc7d44bd9a970bea0c20
VegasVapor
Thanks for the link. I'll check it out. I just noticed on parked's site it says "DSE801/4072". What does the "/4072" mean? I thought that number was associated with the RN model.
Christopher
He means it work on either model. As for which type it is, I think he sells DSE atty's
