I got an order from him recently but after several emails, no word. That's not like him as he is always super responsive. His customer service is the best! Anybody know what's going on with him? Sean Posted August 25, 2009 Share Posted August 25, 2009 I was un-aware of the accident in his family but, I do know that he personally takes care of all emails, comments, and responses so sometimes, although few and far between, it can take a few days to get a response. Hang in there man, I guarantee you will hear from him pretty soon. By the way what is wrong with your janty stick? What is it doing and/or not doing? jmhester Posted August 25, 2009 Author Share Posted August 25, 2009 Thanks, Sean! The atomizer is not engaging in the body. It spins like it's screwing in but no luck. I tried a bunch of different atomizers and even took a pair of needle nose to try to get it in there. It seemed to tighten up but the atty never kicks on. It's like it's not making an electrical connection. I tried known good batteries, atty, etc. I had one with a bad switch before but the LED on this one comes on so that doesn't seem to be the problem. Any ideas? Parker is a jam up dude. Honestly I was more concerned than worried about a Janty Stick. That's why I figured you guys would know what happened. I thought that maybe there was a business problem like a ban on e-smokes in Texas or something. I did know that PayPal f***ed him over. I sure didn't have any idea there was a personal issue.
