birdievk Posted April 4, 2011 Share Posted April 4, 2011 I have a tank system from TW. Their prices are outrageous so I want to shop somewhere else. Can I buy attys for my tank at any store? IF so, what do I look for? I am not sure if they are just called tank attys? I know this is a dumb question but there is just so much to learn about these things. I always try to find the cheapest price and LiteCigusa.net is wher i get my 801's and 510's from.. IDK if they have Tank atties just yet however. I checked your link and they are 14.95 for an atty.. So high! Actually right now TW has a 15% off on everything and the atty is 14.44. I was told that a lr atty works better for a TH. I didn't care for it due to some of the same issues you're having. As you said, the throat hit is reduced and I felt the flavor of my favorite juices was too greatly modified. I haven't broken down and tried LR atomizers for the tank yet, but many on the forums have stated that the LR tank atomizers are the way to go if you want to really enjoy the tank system. That, and the tank attys generally have to sit with a tank on them for a little bit to get wicking. Check the Tips and Tricks section for a good thread on the Tank. Sharon Posted April 4, 2011 Share Posted April 4, 2011 The low resistant tank atty's are still on sale for $9.99 at Good Prophets. The LR atty will give you a much better vapor, and better taste. The TH is also better. You can try to up your nic level and see if that helps. I have gotten a few tank attys from Liberty-Flights. Make sure and click on the %20 Discount button on the top left side of the website. They also have awesome customer service.
