I get mine from Electronicstix,very good price and shipping .VaporTalk has good ones for good price and shipping.LiteCigUSA also has the Joye brand and if you are not in a hurry they have a cheaper shipping option,takes two days longer for me.

My vote is for Vaporkings too. Great vendor, great customer service and great prices, especially on cartos and attys. IMO, you couldn't go wrong with them. I don't use cartos much but was tempted because of the price.
