marymary Posted March 17, 2011 Posted March 17, 2011 I thought it might be a good idea to start another thread in here on gourmet vapors since many of us just got quite a few of these this past week! Right now I am vaping coconut candy which is supposed to be a version of the Mounds candy bar. Its 18mg triple flavor which I thought would be a good idea because I love the candy! I loaded it into a fresh boge 2.0 cartomizer on my reo mini and cannot put it down! At first it tasted absolutely awful but I'm starting to think that's pretty normal for a new flavor. After a few hits the flavor really started to come through. It's a perfect blend of chocolate and coconut and good chocolate is hard to replicate. The coconut really lasts in your mouth just like the real candy. Yum! I am an avid Ms T's fan but this was surprisingly on point with her juices. Vapor is great at the 60pg 40 vg mix I got. This will definitely go on my 're-buy' list! Mary
egoluvr Posted March 17, 2011 Posted March 17, 2011 Wow I guess sometimes you feel like a nut and sometimes you don't .... heh? What? Where'd I here that before? lol Sounds yummy Mary, Glad you like it. THanks for the review!
Morfeeus Posted March 18, 2011 Posted March 18, 2011 I was really disappointed when I got my order from GV because it seemed like almost every juice had a funny chemical like smell/taste to them. However, I did let them steep for 4-5 days and decided to try them again and all I can say is wow, what a difference a few days makes. The funny smell/taste is pretty much gone from them. I ordered mine in 100% PG which I see now was a mistake. GV's PG alone produces almost no vapor. That was my mistake though. I have a few flavors that I got from VR that tasted great with lots of vapor, but no TH. So, I decided to mix some GV juice(which had good TH) with the VR juice and that ended up creating a very flavorful and vapable creation with nice TH. Ok, back to the point of this post. If your GV juice smells/tastes funny, let it steep for a few days and you will have some good juice once it ages a bit
marymary Posted March 18, 2011 Author Posted March 18, 2011 Thanks Morfeeus! Wonder why that happens with juices. (having to steep them) I noticed the same thing with gourmet vapor.. Which is also why I almost never throw juice away!
