Rob from AltSmoke informed me the kits are basically parts and they wont except a return on kits. Although their 14 day return policy says nothing about returning kits.(Buyer Beware) I e-mail him serveral times to resolve this but, he does not reply.I hope I can come back here and update this review with a better one from altsmoke. I can understand your frustration, but will add that I have two Black Silver Bullets, an Omega and two SB/PTs from Altsmoke and have never had anything but exceptional customer service.
