BirdDog
I think I have mostly all the info I need.. but how often does one need to clean an atty.. and also.. how long do 510 attys last? Last question.. how do I know when my atty is bad.. does it just not work? thanks I personally do not clean my atomizers or cartomizers. I may blow out an atomizer when changing up a flavor, but that is really about it. 510 attys should last a good couple weeks or up to a month depending how they are used. On occasion you might get one that lasts only a few day or may be DOA. It is just the nature of an atomizer. You will know when your atomizer is dead when vapor production drops (could also be a low battery), the flavor tastes really off or burnt or the draw has become really hard. They will also just stop working with no warning. You can try all the cleaning methods that you will read to extend the life, but I find it to be a waste of time. The decision will be yours. Christopher
You should really only clean an atomizer if it stops working. It often causes more hassle than it's worth. IMO an atomizer should be changed every month or when the flavor drops and or the throat hit becomes to harsh.
Nanna
I agree. I know everyone wants to save money but it's kind of defeating the way attys are made as I understand it.
