Christopher
Ecigs to come from China but the profit created does stay in the states. It also helps supports this community and I thank everyone who supports not only Vapor Talk but any US supplier. US suppliers use the post office which helps keep their job, purchase bags and tape etc which helps someone else keep their job, we pay servers costs which helps some tech keep his job. When you purchase direct sure you save a few bucks but I mean seriously, you where spending far more on cigarettes. But people will choose to do what they do. I can say that the more customers shop China the harder it is to stay afloat. But hey that's economics. I can say if we have another large seizure or customers keep moving over to the Chinese sites, I've already told my wife I'll step out and shut this place down. Last year we lost so much money I had to cash out my 401k to keep this place afloat. Someone mentioned "cartomziers are just rebranded.." Well so is your refrigerator, iPod, cellphone computer etc. That's how business works. The difference is that consumers have more information in this industry than others thanks to forums like this. We don't sensor it. Though we could if we wanted to. When you purchase toilet paper for 5 bucks at Wal Mart, trust me, Wal Mart didn't pay more than 1 dollar for that bag. The mark up pays for all the overhead and of course profit. e liquid that costs a "whopping" 7 bucks and last 3-4 days even longer for some. A pack of cigarette is 6 bucks and lasts maybe a day.... VaporNewbie
This is getting way off topic, My apologies if I offended anyone. I smoke the ego mega, and I enjoy it very much. Maybe I was misunderstood, I would rather support an american vendor for a product even if it costs a little more, than to send my money directly to another country in order to save a few bucks. Having experienced exactly what happens to the guy trying to make a living here, only to get his job outsourced because someone wants to save a few bucks hits home for me. Like I said just my .02. On another note, Chris have you thought about offering a variety pack of e-liquids? I for one would be interested. Christopher
I understood what you meant and I'm sure all American Suppliers appreciate your support TJGD
Morfeeus
Out of a job yet? Keep buying foreign.... Seriously, why don't you move there and then you can buy everything you need from them and really save a few pennies.... Stop sucking up US money to ship out, and get a clue. If I appear harsh.. well take it how ya want. Just my .02 I know some may have been offended by the way VaporNewbie was trying to make his point, but I agree with his actual point. Maybe I feel this way because we live in the same state and have seen our economy become one of the worst in the nation because Americans continue to support foreign business. Our economy here is based so much on manufacturing and automobiles that with people trying to save a few bucks instead of supporting American business, we have fallen on such hard times. I understand that alot of the E-cig industry comes from China and theres just no way around it but I will be more than happy to spend a few extra bucks to buy from American suppliers who not only provide jobs but also put their profits made back into our U.S. economy which in fact also will have a positive effect on others livelyhoods.
