BirdDog
My Mac Book Pro was crying and I could feel it's pain as we watched the video together. I have had really bad luck with computers this week. I spent a good amount of time trying to fix my parents archaic systems. Then to finish my week, with computer crashes and other problems, my Apple G4 bit the dust. The power supply burned out. It was like losing a good friend. It served me well for the last 5 years, it never asked for anything. I spoiled it with a new mouse, printer and monitor in January. Fix it you say? Well Apple did wonders with this model of the G4, it had a custom power supply. I had a small funeral and I did cry a little. It now lays in a shallow grave in my garden. I am hoping to have an Apple Tree in my garden by next Spring. Rest in peace my friend. My Mac Book and I are alone now. No file sharing, no network hugging. We have had a good time looking at new computers to replace her. However, we are at a disagreement on whether or not to install Windows on this new system. I have sometime to convince my laptop of this decision. I need to find a job first before we can add a new Apple to our home. Have a great Labor Day weekend and may all your computers live long and a happy life.
