I usually hook it up to the charger before I go to bed and take it off in the morning (approx 8 hrs)I thought I read that the batt only takes 2 hrs to fully charge. Is 8 hrs too much time on the charger? Will 8 hrs ruin the battery? Surely I dont have to get up in the middle of the night to take it off the charger? marymary Posted February 24, 2011 Share Posted February 24, 2011 I leave my battery on the charger over night also, sometimes more than 8 hours if I forget to change them out. I haven't had a problem yet. My batteries still last me well over a full day of vaping. I periodically will check the charger to see if it feels hot and it never does.
