mwsmith1778
I'm having the same problems Erika, you're not alone. Where the vaping doesn't quite seem to cut it, but a cigarette is now horrible. I'm hoping it's just my body adjusting to less nicotine.
easilyamused
my last analog was because my husband wanted someone to smoke with outside, i still had some in my pack from when i got my eGo, so i had one, and yep, yuck! truth be told sometimes i think i still want one on occasion, but i just have a couple vapes and the feeling goes away
Beans
(((Erika))) You will get there! DON'T beat yourself up for nothing. Your doing really GREAT, trust me it does get easier. Just think of the billions of dollars the big T companies have spent trying to keep you hooked. Naturally it's difficult. When the cravings hit I like to think that not picking up a cig is like giving those bastards the finger. Now way scum bags, your not getting my money anymore! Until you get past the hard part remember we have your back.
cheshyl
I'm almost four months in Erika and there are some moments I still think I really need a cigarette. But those moments do pass. I cheated on myself the second week of vaping and had a cigarette and three puffs and yuck with a capital "YUCK". At those moments maybe if you had a cart or some higher nic juice on hand to get through it. Sometimes I think that can help too. But anyway the "I really need a cigarette" moments come fewer and fewer. Good luck on your journey and keep vaping.
