Uma Posted January 30, 2011 Posted January 30, 2011 While searching for the HandBlown Pyrex Drip Tips, I found this video set by Nicfit over at theecig.com which is where I found the glass DT's btw. There are 2 videos in the this set and I love how he ends up back with .... you guessed it!... the eGo. Part 2 summarizes part 1, so if you can only watch one, then be sure to catch part 2. Enjoy. Part 2:
AimeeG Posted January 30, 2011 Posted January 30, 2011 (edited) Where did he say he got that pyrex drip tip? I went to an ecig . com, but it seemed to be a set of links. Did you find it, Uma? Ah, here it is. Or at least, a version of it. Very cool. Edited January 30, 2011 by AimeeG
Uma Posted January 30, 2011 Author Posted January 30, 2011 (edited) Expensive, but it won't warp or split and should be working years down the road. Plus you can watch your juice and your vapor. you just needed to put the word "the" in front of ecig.com theecig.com http://www.theecig.com/product_p/pyrex%20drip.htm yep! that's the one. (just saw your link). Edited January 30, 2011 by Uma
thorne Posted January 31, 2011 Posted January 31, 2011 Looks very boss... I am a fan of hand blown glass from erm.... Well, I'm a fan. $15 seems a lil' steep, but like Uma said, should last basically forever. Hmmm, now I need to decide whether to get some 510 LR attys and this tip, or stick with my original plan and rip the 306 LR with a plastic tip... Wonder how long it will be before they have these for the 306? I may have to look up some of my old glass blowing buddies and commission some work.
Beans Posted February 5, 2011 Posted February 5, 2011 Yikes, I hope I don't get in trouble for posting this. SORRY anyone who might get mad. You shouldn't buy those for $14 bucks. IMHO. Hubby and I are glass blowers. All those are is a small tube blown out the slightest bit. Maybe. $.25 cents in supplies and oxygen. You can go to your local GB and have them make a dozen in about 15-20 minutes no problem. I'll talk to Hubby tonight about it. Maybe he will get on board with my vaping if I tell him he can sell them for a dollar or two a pop. Any how that's all I know. Remember just my opinion.

Ok, you pull butterfly wings off, read books before they go on the market, and now I hear you blow glass. What next? LOL FYI, include me if you get your hubby to blow some tips.
Uma Posted February 6, 2011 Author Posted February 6, 2011 Thanks for the headsup Beans! I didn't know that pyrex and glass were not different elements lol.
Beans Posted February 6, 2011 Posted February 6, 2011 I quilt, knit, grow and can my own veggies and fruit. LOL I help raise the cow and pig I eat every year, and enjoy a good Punk Rock show every now and again. I have many secret interests I'll get one ordered soon and see what I can do. Hubby's not interested but he can show me.

Beans Posted February 6, 2011 Posted February 6, 2011 Hahaha Nothing that impressive Sharon. I'm more of a jack of all trades kind of girl, with way too much time on my hands.
