I had the clearomizers and found them to be a P.I.T.A. to fill. I should have known better. I knew they require a syringe to fill but I bought them anyways. I also did not like the fact the heating coil is so close to the mouthpiece. It made for some very warm vapor. I sent them to another member here on the forum to try out. Maybe he will have a different perspective. :)

I have heard a mixture of both good and bad about the clearomizers. I am not interested at this point to give them a try. Someone was explaining the other day that the clear part cracks or bends because it is a very thin plastic. Well, that is what I gathered from what the person was saying. It appears that the MAP tank and the Storms are a better quality. Hopefully someone that has used them will stop by and give you more info.

Also was thinking about trying Max Fusion cartomizers. Just looking for something new that is worth the money.

I like the normal ce2's but havn't tried the clearomizers yet. I have made my own and I will say that they have a chance of coming apart. It won't break them but you may get a mess. I have also heard similar things on other forums. I for one will get them anyway. Seeing the amount left really helps me out, and the performance isn't matched by other cartomizers imo. So you may need to be more careful throwing them around or carrying in a pocket.

haf2doit is correct. The clear casing easily comes off the knurled part of the threaded end.
