AlfaCow Posted January 23, 2011 Share Posted January 23, 2011 I just bought an eGo and the charger doesn't work. It does work via the usb cable but not the wall charger. I agree, contact the supplier you bought it from immediately, I am sure they will get a new one out to you right away. We have had all kinds of defective stuff including cartos, batts, chargers, PT that are DOA....never had any problem getting replacements from any vendors for DOA products. brijmin Posted January 23, 2011 Share Posted January 23, 2011 The charger should have a Red indicator on the plug and another on the connector part that attaches to the battery. Are they both Red when you plug them in? Also when you attach the battery to the adapter the button on the eGo should flash and the Red indicator on the adapter should turn Green. RITSH Posted January 24, 2011 Share Posted January 24, 2011 May be device is defective and as you are saying that you have just purchase then contact to vendor as soon as possible because it may cover under warranty or dead on arrival case.
