AlfaCow Posted January 23, 2011 Posted January 23, 2011 I just bought an eGo and the charger doesn't work. It does work via the usb cable but not the wall charger. Ive tried it on many outlets in my house but it doesn't work on any of them. Any ideas?

I agree, contact the supplier you bought it from immediately, I am sure they will get a new one out to you right away. We have had all kinds of defective stuff including cartos, batts, chargers, PT that are DOA....never had any problem getting replacements from any vendors for DOA products. This stuff is made in China, what can be expected by workers being paid 17 cents an hour???!!!!
brijmin Posted January 23, 2011 Posted January 23, 2011 The charger should have a Red indicator on the plug and another on the connector part that attaches to the battery. Are they both Red when you plug them in? Also when you attach the battery to the adapter the button on the eGo should flash and the Red indicator on the adapter should turn Green. Does the eGo battery button flash? Does the adapter indicator turn Green?
RITSH Posted January 24, 2011 Posted January 24, 2011 May be device is defective and as you are saying that you have just purchase then contact to vendor as soon as possible because it may cover under warranty or dead on arrival case.
