Has anybody ever tried mixing herbal oils with their liquids? I started thinking about maybe adding some healthy stuff to vape. My first try is oregano oil which is supposed to be a super cure all. The vapor tastes like a pizza! Has anybody tried this before?

Thanks! That's what I gathered, too.

Will the parts for the Joye 510 (carts, atty, battery) work with the Janty Dura? Seems like they are pretty much the same.

New Invite System! (And Chris Skydiving)
jmhester replied to Christopher's topic in General Vaping Discussion
I know this is an old post but if Chris hasn't gone skydiving yet, here's a view from an avid skydiver. I have over 4000 jumps and I'm still alive. No serious accidents. Only actually witnessed 2 people get killed in all the years I've been doing this (started in 1980). Fortunately, I didn't know those fatalities personally. You will be doing what we call a tandem jump. You will be strapped to a licensed tandem master. A tandem master has to go through a rigorous course and have over 300 jumps before they can obtain their license. They are the cream of the skydiving crop. All tandem parachutes are equiped with an automatic opening device. This device opens the reserve parachute automatically if you are still falling at a preset altitude. As you might know, there are 2 parachutes: a main and a backup called a reserve. Believe me, the tandem master does not want to get hurt any more than you do and will do everything to keep you both safe! You will ride in a small plane up to 13000 feet. That's the worse part of the skydive because they pack us in like sardines! The tandem master will have you hooked up and move you to the door. You cross your arms and he will count to 3 and you will fall out forward on 3. Being afraid of heights is not an issue at all. You are so high above the ground that there is no sensation of height and when you exit the plane, because of the forward momentum of the plane, there is no feeling of falling at all. You feel like you just drift away from the plane. Because the ground is so far away, it doesn't appear to be rushing up at you. The feeling is like you are simply floating on air. After you exit the plane, you will feel a calmness like you have never felt before. I have friends who are avid skydivers who are scared to get up on a ladder, so don't worry about the height thing. Hopefully, you will spring for a video of the event. The camera person (that's what I do) will fly around you, get in your face, take some shots and then back away. The tandem master will signal for you to pull the ripcord but don't worry because he has 2 more available if you fail to pull. Believe me when I say, he will make sure you have an open parachute! You'll feel a pretty significant tug as the chute slows you from falling and it will be so quiet you won't believe it. You will get the chance to use the toggles to steer the parachute and then land gently on the ground. Skydive over! There are 2 things that most people find surprising: first, the sky is really bright up that high, second, the sound of the wind as you are in freefall is so loud, you can't even hear the tandem master yelling to you. I think you will have a great time! Let's hope we can get enough people on this board to give you the chance! -
From poking around, I think the LorAnne oils are for flavoring candy and such. I would love to give them a try! I have some extracts like bananna and vanilla and I'm seriously thinking of giving that a try. I figure the worst that can happen is I kill an atty. I'm trying to get the wife off the analogs and maybe I can entice her with a chocolate flavored vape. I really want to find some tobacco flavorings. Anybody have an idea where I can find something like that?

I thought seriously about buying one awhile back. But after having experience with Smoke 51 and White Cloud (bad experiences), I thought better of it. You can get charger packs for the Joye 510, I think. As for the atty, my wife has this really cheap e-smoke she got off Amazon that has a similar atomizer to the the Blu. I have to say, that is one vaping monster! Of course, if anything goes wrong, there is no way to find replacement parts. That's another thing that put me off the Blu. If they go out of business, you are stuck with a device you have no way to maintain it. If you buy one, let us know how it works. The price is pretty nice and it looks really cool!

This was so easy. I found some glycerin from Wilton baking supplies at Michaels. That stuff is so cheap! I picked up 59ml for $2.29. I had some Malboro e-liquid 36mg from awesomevapor. The calculations seem like a 50/50 mix gives about an 18mg nic solution. Honestly, I kind of just eyeballed the mix. It was a little bland so I added maybe 10 drops of tobacco flavored 16mg juice from Johnson Creek. JC is a little strong for my taste straight but it works great for me in a mix. I sort of just dripped, tasted, and add more of this or that to get it tasting right. It seems like this is more like cooking than baking! I just wanted to encourage any noobs to go ahead and give it a try. It's sure not rocket science and really fun to do.

Yeah, I finally figured out from her video and other sites that 50/50 was what I'm looking for. I have a bottle of original Johnson Creek that I think might give it a little more flavor. I'll experiment this weekend and keep you guys posted!

I have a bottle of 36mg Marlboro flavor and I'm wanting to cut it. I watched all the youtubes about doing it and it seems pretty simple. Here's my questions: how many ml of glycerine to e-liq would yeild a 16mg nicotine fluid? Would I need to add some flavoring to make it taste good? Anybody know where I can get some Marlboro flavoring?

Parker is the best! I order a Janty Stick V2 from JantyUSA before I knew about dietsmokes. The stick was defective so I posted up a complaint here. Not only did Chris get in touch with Janty but so did Parker. And I didn't even buy it from him! Best customer service in the business. BTW-I love the Stick so much (even if it was defective) that I bought another from Parker as a spare. As usual, 2 day turn around on everything. He is the man!

By now, most vapor’s have heard of or run across the line of products from e-cig.com called Healthcare E-Liq, most notably, the E-Cialis product. The product headline reads: “Vaporable Cialis for E-Cig Improve Sexual Capacity”. Like we didn’t know what it was supposed to do! For those of you under 40, Cialis is an erectile dysfunction (ED) drug similar to the highly touted Viagra. The major difference is that Cialis is supposed to work for a full 36 hours! I was sending off an order for some atomizers that fit an old pen style of mine, so I decided to add in a vial of the E-Cialis out of curiosity. It can be ordered with or without Nicotine and but I went for the one with Nicotine. Not knowing what to expect out of some perhaps illegal substance of questionable origin, I must say I was a more than a little apprehensive. But as they say, no guts no glory, so I was willing to give it a try for the good of my fellow vapors. Before I get started, let me give you a little background on myself. I’m a 52 year old man in good health and on no medication. I workout religiously and keep in good shape. I can’t say as I have had any real issues with ED in the past. But I have, however, had experience with the real Cialis in the form of a sample from my doctor. And yes, it works as advertised. What I’m saying is: I know what to expect. Everything arrived just fine from China via express mail. The products were packaged nicely and got here in great shape. The e-liquid comes in an amber vial with a nice little eyedropper and looks very professional. On the label, it had no indication of what was inside other than to denote that it contained 11mg of Nicotine. But since I didn’t order any other juice, it had to be the stuff. Now it was time for some testing! I vaped a Dura-C cart as dry as I could, added in 4 drops of the juice, and took a long drag. The stuff tastes rather medicinal. Sort of a hint of a Listerine flavor. But it’s not all that unpleasant and the taste isn’t too strong. Honestly, I would have been disappointed if it didn’t taste weird in some way. The vapor production was good and I was able to smoke it all up just fine. I probably wouldn’t make it my main juice but it’s OK for those “special occasions”. OK, so the question you all want to know is “Does it work?” To be truthful, yes it does. Not like the real prescription product, but not too bad. I tried it on Monday after an “active” weekend so this was a good test. I have to admit that I was shocked! The reaction took about 30-45 minutes and is not as pronounced as the real deal, but not bad. Let’s just say that Mr. Happy was REALLY happy! Now I can’t imagine what is really in this product. I am presuming it is not the same compound as prescription Cialis. But if it’s not, then what is really in the stuff and is there a health risk? That, I’m sure we will never know. So use it at your own risk! The company recommends a maximum one or two cartridges with E-Cialis daily. They claim the dosage is about 10-20mg of Cialis. This is the recommended dose of the prescription brand Cialis. I would stick with their recommendation just to be on the safe side. You wouldn’t want to end up with a 36 hour Priapism (if you don’t know what that means, Google it and get a good laugh!). In addition to the E-Cialis juice, the company also sells an E-Rimonabant juice that is supposed to be the weight loss drug sold in Europe but not approved by the FDA. Since I don’t need to lose weight, I have no plans on trying that one. But they do sell a number of other Healthcare E-Liq that contains everything from herbs to help you stop smoking to vitamins. As Chinese medicine is an ancient art that has been practiced for thousands of years, I wouldn’t doubt the effectiveness of these products either. So there you go. The E-Cialis juice has been tested under “field conditions” and passed with flying colors!

That's about what I'm doing. However, I usually keep the carts going a little longer. It also seems to depend on the PV. My Janty Stick uses pen-style carts so they hold more juice. Maybe somewhere around 10-12 drops. It also lets you suck the cart pretty dry without the burned taste. My Janty Dura-C takes about 5-6 drops when it's dry. It also seems to have something to do with the juice, too. Atleast, that's my opinion. But what you are using is about what I'm using so it sounds like we are on the same page.

In a previous post I mentioned I had a flakey Stick V2. I bought it from Janty USA. I tried emailing them and filling out their return form on their site. So far, not a single word from them. Does anybody have a contact over there they can put me in touch with? I'm not happy with their customer service so far.

I bought a Janty Stick about a week ago and it never has worked right. When I push the button, it may or may not vape. The LED might or might not come on depending on it's mood. I've tried it with the USB and a number of batteries and atomizers. It's like the switch is messed up. I bought it from Janty USA before I discovered this wonderful forum otherwise I would have given Parked my money! I guess I'll return it to them for a replacement. I was just wondering if anybody else has had issues with the Stick V2?

Does anybody know if the DSE801 atomizers are compatible with the Janty Stick? I have a Stick and would like to get a backup pen style with compatible parts. Thanks!
