Proof that God has a sense of humor!!! If you pay $1.25 million for a car, you might be an idiot!

OK. Here it is: 30 drops of awesome vapor marlbone 36mg 20 drops of VG 10 drops of Johnson Creek Tennessee cured 16mg Yeilds 3ml of 18mg juice Shake well and vape. To me this is closest to Marlboro flavor I can find. Tastes great, too!

He swears he is breathing better and has more energy already. I made the mistake of telling him about the Cialis e-juice and he has been bugging me about it ever since. TMI! TMI!

I just picked up my green VP-PT and man it ROCKS! After getting my VP2, I pretty much don't even use any other of my PVs. Now I'm going to be spoiled to the VP-PT! Excellent construction that I came to expect from Jeso, vapor production that it's unbelievable, and absolutely the coolest looking thing I've ever seen! Save your pennies, boys and girls and buy one of these things! You will not be disappointed!

I bought him a 510 kit from Wordup and he is hooked! After smoking for 57 years (he's 73) he finally got off the analogs! He swore that he hasn't even wanted an analog since he got the 510. He's tried everything (like the rest of us) with no luck. I just wished vaping had been around 20 years ago. Just think of the lives that could have been saved! He thinks this is the coolest thing in the world! Thanks to all of you who helped me pick a 510 and thanks to wordup for the great service.

That's a slick looking device but I say no thanks to butane. I'll stick with my electrics for now. I would have to know that the gas was totally seperate from the vaping unit.

I was on myvaporstore.com and saw they were selling the Joye 302 atomizer. It's a 2 hole model so I'm guessing it's the same as the Janty Kissbox attys. Am I right about that? Chris, is this the same atomizer you said you were using on the VP2?

Thank you so much! I've been searching high and low for tobacco flavoring! Do you have any suggestions about how to use it? -

jmhester replied to VapnRealtor's topic in General Vaping Discussion
Got mine shipped Monday, too! However, tomorrow is a holiday. No mail running! -
Found this on eastmall. Looks like they are selling a generic version of the Janty Stick. I wonder if it's going to be cheaper? http://www.eastmall.net/product_info.php?cPath=110&products_id=871

Honestly, mixing your own juice is soooo easy and it's cheaper, too. Plus you can adjust the flavor just like you want it. I buy Arno's 36ml juice, get some Wilton's glycerin and Lorann flavoring from the local Michael's store and mix away! Here's a quick video on how to do it: It saves you a pile of money, too!

For making juice, just go to your local cake decorating store or a craft store like Michael's and buy a bottle of glycerin. Most of what you find is made by Wilton, the cake decorating company. Then buy some Lorrann flavorings there, too. Here's a link to what all they have: https://www.lorannoils.com/c-6-super-strength-flavors-candy-oils.aspx You can drip straight glycerin with no problem and it produces HUGE smoke. It's what everyone is calling VG. Add about 10-20 drops of flavoring per 10ml bottle. I like the key lime! Yum! You have to do it by taste, just like cooking. As for weight gain, it's a simple matter of energy in - energy out. I don't think you are taking in enough PG to make any difference on that at all. I personally lowered my body fat percentage a good bit because I can do more cardio. Oh, dripping straight glycerin tastes pretty good, too!

I realized that pay day is Tuesday and he's not shipping until Monday so I ordered one. Yipee! Got a green one, too! Kryptonite vaping! Now what am I going to do with all this old stuff... :P

Great review Moobie! I loved the effects and music you used. I didn't know about the steampunk movement. I stopped at the cyberpunk thing years ago. I did read "The Difference Engine" a long time ago and thought it was awesome! Once again, great job!

To answer your first question, in my research I haven't seen anything to indicate that you are addicted (physically) to anything other than nicotine. I think vaping solves so many issues with quiting. One I realized this morning is that you can control it vs a patch. If you need more nic, then you vape. When you don't you can stop. You can't control a patch or even a gum like that. Add in that you get all the physical feedback like blowing smoking, putting it in your mouth, holding it, etc. and I can't think of any other way I could have quit. But I still miss the smell! Strange, huh? Oh, it helps if you get a banner like the one below. It gives you positive feedback. Click on mine and you can add your own.

I ordered my dad a 510 kit from wordup (great service btw). He charged up the batts last night and just called to say he was vaping away! He is 73 and been smoking forever so I'm so glad he's gotten off the analogs. He thinks vaping is the coolest! After telling him all the benifits, he was sold. Now I'm going to try to get my brothers on board. This is great!

WOW! That's fantastic! Congrats to the moderators and big congrats on VT's success!

I'm an 801 fan so I'm a bit biased. I think the atomizers work better and last longer. But I do have a 510 and I just bought my dad one. If you want something shorter and lighter, then a 510 is the way to go. If your like most of us, you'll end up owning a bunch of different ones!

Yeah, I vape pretty much 10ml per week. I figured that was pretty average. As for scout: I would look at the Joye 510 that are available at awesomevapor.com. It seems like there are more supplies available (and cheaper) for the 510 and the 801. Just my research anyway. Plus you get 2 atomizers and 2 batteries with each kit and they are real Joye Tech with is great. My humble opinion! And welcome to VT! Great people and if you ever need help, somebody here will help you!
-
They have a good price on 801 atomizers and they have the cool devil logo. However, I bought a 5 pack and the first one I tried died in less than a week. Saving the others for emergencies.
-
A 510 manual battery will not fit an 801 battery. The 510 is very small with a very small atomizer. Arno over at awesomevapor.com sells a manual battery for the 801. I have 2 and they work great! I think the price is $16.00. Once you get into this more, you might save some money and upgrade to either a Janty Stick from dietsmokes.com or a VP1 or VP2 from http://www.vaprlife.com/. The Stick has the advantage of connecting to your computer so it's like having a built-in passthrough. The VP units have the advantage of long battery life. Any of these unit will use your 801 atomizers so you don't have to buy new stuff. There are lots of video reveiws here about those devices. Welcome to the vaping world! Stay off the analogs and keep on dripping!!!

So What I Think I Hear You Saying Is....
jmhester replied to Speakeasy's topic in DIY e Liquid Discussion
Question 1: Yes it is in mg/ml Question 2: Yes. Just add glycerin or PG. Question 3: It doesn't take much flavoring to add a strong taste to the juice. Question 4: Most people use vodka or PGA to thin down the juice since glycerine is very thick. I would suggest that you download the e-liquid calculator spreadsheet I have posted here. It will tell you everything you need to know about mixing and adding flavors. The bottom line is that this is less like science and more like cooking. Everybody has different tastes and different recipes that they like. Just make small batches and have fun! -

As a former NASA engineer, I do have a unique perspective on the organization. Like some of you, I grew up idolizing the Mercury crew and the ones that followed. Imagine my disappointment when I went to work there and found that the technology in everyday use wasn't even up to par with a small business. The big funding, believe it or not, stopped in the 60's and unfortunately, so did NASA. Everything is antiquated including the space vehicles. All the new rockets are built by contractors and not NASA. The space shuttle is essentially an 82 model junker that I wouldn't get in on a dare. It's pathetic! Space exploration is expense. REALLY expensive. And it's all run by contractors now. The number of actual NASA employees is very small. There is so much red tape, I couldn't even buy a $30 software package with out damn near congressional approval! That's why NASA has turned to the private sector. Companies that are run by young entrepenuers who know how to make a buck and do this stuff on the cheap. I was there when Spaceship 1 became the first private manned vehicle in space and the feelings were 50/50 on whether it was cool or not. Me, I think it was really cool! NASA use to be our breeding ground for new technology. Most of the stuff we had technology-wise, came from the Apollo program: microchips, NICAD batteries, Tang :P My feelings are that we can use that same space technology to explore the oceans. We don't have the science to explore space yet. We need a unified field theory so we can break the pull of gravity and some way to get close to light speed. We just don't have the science yet. But we do have the science to explore the oceans. My feelings, pull the plug, fix our problems and work on getting the science where it needs to be. And see what the heck is right here on earth with us!

Yeah, I really thought we were moving in the right direction with the Janty Stick and all the battery mods like the VP units. I personally think this is a step backwards. And the atty cover is going to be a huge pain. From what I've seen, the Cameo looks like a much better design. Chris, do you guys have any info on it?
