Sounds like it's the filling in your cartridges causing the plastic taste in your mouth. If you say it's been sticking to the atty, then it's burning the filling. That stuff tastes nasty when it's burned. How often do you change out your cart? I personally don't use carts, I just direct drip. That way there's no way of burning the filling. I've never had a problem with juice losing it's flavor.

Sorry about your experience with your products and dietsmokes. I can't help you with the product problems since I don't have a 901 and don't have any experience with it. But with dietsmokes, all I can tell you is keep trying. I ordered a janty stick from them and it was defective right out of the box. I tried filling out that warranty and returns form on their website. They didn't reply back. The next week I tried again. Still no reply. Finally I sent a direct email to Parked and posted on the ECF forum. Finally got a response from him and got a replacement. I hear he's super backed up with emails, so it takes him awhile to get back to everyone. Just keep trying to contact him, he'll eventually respond and take care of you.

The smell of analog smoke doesn't phase me anymore. I'm around friends that smoke all the time. Yeah it smells gross to me, but it really doesn't bother me. Guess I'm just used to it. I think what's grosser than smoke in the air is the smell that sticks to your clothes. That stuff just smells nasty.

I'd say I pretty much vape as much as used to smoke, maybe even less actually. A big part has to do with me getting my own apartment. I used to live in a house with 2 friends and we ALL smoked. And I think everyone knows how that goes. It's hard to quit when all of your friends smoke, especially if you live with them. Now that I live on my own, I don't have that constant temptation. No one to ask me "hey you wanna go out for a smoke?" Now I just vape whenever I feel like it, but I still kinda have a routine? Morning vape, lunch vape, after work vape...then after that it's whenever I feel like it. Sometimes I'll do before bedtime vape to help me sleep. lol I thought I was the only one. I don't notice anything different about my taste buds either. I used to have that constant film in my mouth too, but it went away eventually. I never figured out what it was and I still don't notice any improvement in my taste buds.

Sorry to hear about your iPhone man. I never jailbroke mine, but can't you restore your it to original factory settings? There should be a way to do it through iTunes.

Juice that I'm currently vaping I'll keep on my desk at room temp. Never leave it in the car because the heat will ruin it. For long term storage, I'll keep the juice in the fridge.

Glad you're liking your 510. 5-6 drags off of 2 drops of juice sounds about right. I usually do 3 drops. Heck sometimes I'll do 4, but you kinda risk getting some leakage. If I do 4 drops I just make sure I take at least 5 drags before putting it down.

I'm looking at the Janty Stick battery right now. It says ICR10440 360mAh on it.

Oh man. Just read over that article and it makes me sick. I'm not really into politics or anything and I have nothing against the president, but you don't make a song praising him. That's great! You're so lucky, I wouldn't be able to do that at my work. Would love to be able to vape in my cube. But I don't think anyone else here would understand. =/

Not much you can really do about the leaking. I just tend to carry around a napkin in my pocket now. It shouldn't always be leaking though, at least not with 2-3 drops. As long as your vaping it and not leaving it sitting. If there's juice in there while it's sitting, it WILL leak out. If you don't have a napkin, just do the sock-wiping technique...haha. Oh, keeping the unit horizontal as much as you can helps with the leaking too. Just something to keep in mind. hope this helps

Not really sure if it's necessary, but when I'm ready to call it a night I do the following things. First, I take everything apart. Wrap the atomizer in a paper towel and blow threw the battery side with my mouth. This will blow out any excess juice onto the paper towel. Sometimes I'll crumple up a piece of the paper towel and stick it in the atomizer very gently. Sort of to dab the juice off the atomizer I guess. Then I set it upside down on a paper towel over night to let the rest of the juice drip out. Not sure how much this process helps because I have accidentally left the whole unit together just sitting somewhere random and it's been fine. I guess doing this process just makes me feel better. lol

Haha yeah. Well I haven't tried vaping in areas where smoking is not permitted. I figure I don't want to cause any trouble and just stick to areas where smoking is permitted. There was only one time when I was drunk I smoked inside a Thai restaurant that's open late at night. That place is packed with people after the clubs close. The waiters/waitresses gave me weird looks, but never bothered me about it.

Being in vegas, I thought I would have seen at least one more vaper out here. But I haven't yet. I used to worry about vaping in public, but I don't care anymore. I take it to the casinos and even drip at the tables now. I sort of demonstrate it to the dealers and they seem pretty interested in it asking me all these questions. This one time when the cocktail waitress came around, the dealer asked her to get me an electronic drink LOL. Interesting enough though, there's quite a few people that already know about it and ask me to demonstrate it for them because they've never seen one in person.

I don't have a VP1 (yet)...but I remember reading in one of these threads that vaprlife was going to drill those holes himself so customers don't have to. Not sure if he meant you had to request it or if he was going to do it to all of them. An update on the website would be nice. I emailed him asking him about that, but haven't received a reply yet.
