You know, at first I didn't like the level of taste with the 510. But then again it was my first ecig, well aside from the smoking everywhere but I don't count that one. Then I tried an 801, dragon and a 901. All are good models but produce different results. But I still wasn't getting the taste that I wanted. Then as of late, I switched to a new atty on my 510 and wow the flavor was amazing! What I don't get is why I wasn't getting this flavor with the previous 510 attys. Whatever it is, it made the 510 my favorite atty since to me it produces the best flavor.

Oh man. I'm very curious about that midnight flavor, sounds very different. Now I can't wait to get mine in.

That's great news! Yeah direct dripping can be a little tricky sometimes, but once you get it down it's awesome. Glad things are finally working out for you.

Yeah it definitely is a personal taste and I know some people do like it. I actually liked their formula before this new one they have now. But ever since they switched, they lost me as a customer. I know vapor talk doesn't have a vanilla flavor so what do you mean by VT? Truesmoker.com actually has pretty good juice. So far, I've liked every flavor I've tried from them. I haven't tried their vanilla flavor, but I've been meaning to. Maybe you should check them out.

Geez that's just dumb. California keeps getting stricter and stricter. I know in my parents' part of cali they've given houses a limit of how much water they can use in a month. If they go over that limit they get charged a ridiculous overage fee. Whenever I'm in town she's always yelling at me to be careful how much water I use when washing the dishes or taking a shower. Makes me glad I live in vegas lol.

Oh, I forgot to mention that JC has a pretty good return policy. If you don't like the juice just let them know. They'll let you exchange it for another flavor. They may even give you a refund, but I'm not sure. I would double check their website about their return policy.

Personally, I'm not a big fan of the JC juices. They all have this kind of base flavor to them that I think tastes funny. It's kind of a burnt nutty taste. So no matter what flavor you get it'll have that taste. So you get vanilla, with a burnt nutty taste. Even peach has it. Some people actually like it though, but not very many. I wouldn't recommend someone to try it, but you never know you might like it. And I think the problems with the JC juice ruining attys has been solved already. There was something with their first formula that would kill attys, but they have changed their formula a few times already and have fixed that problem. I still don't like their juice though lol. Oh, and I want to find a good vanilla flavor as well. But I have not had any luck finding it.

Welcome stlmoguy! I'm sure you'll find it easy to quit with these things. It's a good thing you did your research first before buying a starter kit. The 510 is definitely the best starter model you can get and should last you a long time. If you ever run into any problems or questions, we're all here for you. Happy vaping!

Sorry to hear about your situation, but I'm glad you're feeling better. While quitting analogs completely is the ultimate goal, if it's going to make you depressed then by all means take an analog or two every now and then if it's going to make you feel better. Quitting is one of the hardest things to do and I don't see the need to go cold turkey. You'll eventually make your way to being completely smoke free and we'll be here for you every step of the way.

You know, when I first started vaping there was a flavor that I actually liked when the juice hit my lips. Now I hate it and I try to wash it down with something quick. I don't know maybe my taste buds changed?

This is actually the first and only forum I've joined and became active in. I was always too scared to post anything on any other forum. There's a lot of mean people out there and I was afraid that someone would bash on me for asking something dumb. Not true on this forum. I think the introduction area might have something to do with it. Everyone has to introduce themselves first and everyone that responds is very welcoming and helpful. So I'd have to agree that Vapor Talk is definitely very addictive. I'm practically on here everyday. I'm on here more than facebook or twitter! And that says a lot.

I don't know very many people that vape, but I sold a friend of mine one of my kits. He likes it, but I think he still smokes. With him I think it's more of a convenience thing. Easier to buy a pack of analogs than to research on the web where to buy things. Then there's that waiting period where you have to wait for your stuff to arrive. Or maybe he's just not getting the same satisfaction out of it. Everyone is different. Vaping is the closest you can get to getting the same sensations of an analog, but they are still very different. I'm sure there's something about analogs that he just can't get away from. I'm going to have to agree with you that
