ok, whistle tip is a flattened tip like a swisher sweet. Nice on the 901, I stocked some for a while but didnt like them much, because to accomodate the room for all the extra filler material a 510 uses.. it makes the normally thin whistle tip like on the 901 quite a bit fatter. so its basically just flattened on both sides a bit. to me.. who is used to the 901 style tip it just seemed to "fat". and the way i like to use carts with the 510 i line up the flat sides of the iner cart with the bridge.. so when i was using the "whistle tip ones" like that it always made my button end up in a funky spot.. so i went back to the round ones. ok.. here goes.. I have a kr808 laying around.. i seem to collect e-cigs.. running an e-cig business and all. but A 901 atomizer DOES fit them and i have heard they do fit the vapor king. I have actually used a 901 battery on a cartomizer, but the draw was horrible.. couldnt activate it and get air through, but the other way around with the 901 atomizer and the vk battery should work in theory, but you may have to take some tweezers and pull down the center of the atomizer to make sure it makes contact with the battery, I will try when i get home from work to see what happens. Dave is quite correct on this one If you look at a 306 atomizer those are there and very prominent. easy to see and see their function. In my opinion.. the 306 is as close to a 510 atomizer as you can get.. minus the metal tube shell jason
