  1. i cant get mine to work that well, and mine came straight from the people that made them. perhaps its the juice im vaping...
  2. i must have gotten a ****ty unit, mine doesnt work that well. as far as the higher power battery, i tried putting cr123a battery in there and it to big to fit in.
  3. piece of cake, i just got done editing 4 1/2 hours of raw video down to 3 2-minute long news segments. if i were in town, i would help you out. better yet, if i had a disposable VP-PT, i'd shoot one for you (might even narrate it too ) here on the airbase, we have a lot of heavy vehicles we can stuff over with. i dont think i could get a f-16 to run it over. but i do know people that drive tanker trucks that refuel the planes.
  4. kinda a boring video but very cool idea. great for people who dont really care what atty they use.
  5. how about doing the VT Vapor Awards. we could use the same awards, perhaps a few of our own. use the forum members as the voters. free juice to the winners
  6. is there a video of this in action? i know some people that would be interested in something like this
  7. and we thank you for the support. remember: dont support the war, support the troops
  8. when you vape on a plane, i feel its best to be discreet about doing it. my longest flight while vaping was 14 hours; from seoul, south korea to chicago, il. i just blew the vapor under my blanket (of course i was flying business class at the time). vaped through 4 international terminals around the world (chicago, tokyo, seoul, san fransico), vaped in the airplane bathroom, movies theaters, in a government buildings, at the "great american smokeout". lots of places where you arent suposed to smoke, havent been in trouble yet
  9. i say the brick wall will be the winner
  10. there is only one hole that can be reached, the one on the atty. but there has to be more coming in from where the atty connects with the device. but its covered up with cuz thats where the LED cover is. i emailed the factory where i got it from and asked if a high voltage battery can be used without damaging the unit. i figure that a higher voltage device would be better at producing vapor and the extra air will help to keep the vapor cool. we shall see...
  11. i found another "bad thing" about the unit. it draws in to much air when you take a drag. some people like this, i dont.
  12. good thing im not your wife
  13. THAT SOME FUNNY SH*T, YOU SHOULD BE DOING REVIEWS FOR CHRIS AND SEAN.
  14. i can post the one i have a you can listen to the hum of nothingness while i talk to the camera, trying to explain what this thing does.
  15. just started using mine yesterday. its great that i can put any atty on it and be ready to go. ill be save my puresmoker-pt as my travel unit and hit the VP-PT as my regular daily vaping device.
  16. just got the 905 in today, been using it for about 10 minute. first off, it come in a decent sized box that has everything you need to get started. 1- battery modded unit 2- 14500 3.7 volt/900mAh lithium ion batteries (charged) 5- carts, varying strengths (tastes like a cigar) 1- charger 1- us adapter plug 1- instruction manual the unit itself look very similar to the srewdriver. never used the screwdriver so i cant compare it. it operates just like every other e-cig on the market. it has a manual switch with no cutoff. also has a bright red led on the top to let you know its working. the coolest feature it has is an on/off switch on the bottom produces decent vapor total price: around $70 compared to the price of the screwdriver mk-II of $160 they both look the same and might even operate the same video review coming soon when i can figure out how to get the audio working on my webcam
  17. so how is modern vapor different than blucigs?
  18. i was messing around with an 801 atty the other day and notice that the top of an 801 is narrower than the bottom. that got me thinking........hmmmmmmmm........"i could stick the shell (the tube part) of an 801 on top of a functioning 801 atty. its a sealed fit, and you can still drip with it"....it may look a little dorked up vaping with a 6 inch long atty, but the vapor is a little cooler
  19. there may be hope for blu yet. their attys are the same size as a 510 atty. plus their usb outlets are good for other people's pass-throughs. still working on what to do with the battery pack. perhaps i can attach it to an atty and vape from it. but im still looking for more ideas ideas
  20. ok, heres the thing...blu recalled all their PCCs and issued new ones. everyone who has been on the forums for a while knows that ive been slamming these guys at every turn. appearantly Blu doesnt read the vapor talk forums. so anyways...i just recieved my free replacement pack in the mail today, but i have used my old one in like 4 months. what do i do with the new one? tear it apart and look inside? start smoking blus again? save it for the "emergency pack"? mail it the vaprlife with a note saying "hey Jeso, go to town. see what you can make with this thing"? what do you guys think? are there any cool mods i can do to make this thing work with the stuff im currently using?
  21. there juice doesnt taste that great. they do have great service, selection, and a cool looking website.
  22. dont know what he's going to be pissed about, selling something for $160 when the parts are only worth $20. i think the consumer has a little more to be pissed about.
  23. then i can honestly tell everyone that i died from smoking
  24. i would use the neck lanyard. for me, e-cigs are just as much a conversational piece as a smoking alternative
  25. this could go a number of ways... 1. phillip morris could buy out ruyan's e-cigs and... A. make them legal B. drive the price way up C. make them illegal (for some stupid reason) 2. Ruyan doesnt sell out and big tobacco becomes the force behind making e-cigs illegal 3. (the worst part) big tobacco wins and we all have to buy new gear cuz everything we have now is no longer produced. maybe im being paranoid, but i dont see this going well if big tobacco gets involved
