  1. I'll agree. Joye is reputable. I still keep an ego in my car with a charger .........."just in case"
  2. Get a Reo grand, put an ikenvape 306LR atty on that baby & you'll feel the hit all the way through your body:) nuf said.....
  3. We actually had 35 people show up to this meet. The reservation I made was for 30, & since I hadn't advertised much I thought I was going overboard with my reservation. The last meet up was also held at the same venue, as a last minute change of plans, they were able to accept my reservation for 30 the same day.
  4. hi! welcome to the forum!
  5. I ordered mine a few months back............it never came.
  6. I order mine on ebay. I think the seller's name is candlechem. They also have the 6ml bottles. I use them in all my Reos
  7. I've found that A LOT of the "drink" type e-juice recipes can be made from the flavors you would use to make the "mixed drink". My mom loves my DIY brandy alexander!
  8. yay!! it's good to see some people I "know" from elsewhere! Let's see, I'm a total Reonaut. I love my Reos. I've got alot of other mods that I use occasionally (4 coming in the mail this week) ahhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh I need to stop. I prefer standard resistance joye 510 attys on my Reos. My voltage preference would be around 4-4.5, so for that I use my original chrome infinity. I'm an Alien Visions juice junkie, my favorites are Hype & Sweet Tart. I've tried juices from just about everywhere & was pretty thankful to find a "pay it forward" community on another forum to offload a bunch of crap stuff that I had purchased. I take my Reo to work with me for ease of use & have my AVE in it. On the Drive home, it's gotta be menthol..........so for that I pop on a carto with my DIY peach menthol on the VP1. Then later at home while i'm kicking back, i'll switch it up & do some tasty vapor honey vanilla custard cupcake, or KBV mommas angel wings. That's pretty much my standard day with vaping. My first ecig was in 2009 while walking the vegas strip. I've still got it & refuse to "pay that one forward", because i'm archiving that baby. I'm pretty sure it is a 401, says "vogue" on the box. Back then, the only flavor I could find was menthol. I'm excited to be going to the vegas vapefest.............because that's what started it all for me!
  9. I got excited when you were talking about the center pole, because I know my husband can handle that, as he has before on other mods............but no, it doesn't even light up when I hit the fire button. I've been sending them messages through their "contact us" on their site since July 9th. (That's when someone told me that it's got a 90 day warranty). I get a confirmation email to my email that the message has been sent. I just don't get a direct reply with an RMA...........in fact no personal reply at all. Today in my message, I gave them 2 alternative email addresses to contact me at. I'm really at a loss here. The VP Turbo was my 1st vaprlife mod, so then I picked up the joker, the pearl, & the vp1 (and am currently working on a trade with gitzy for her vp2).....................so I am a loyal customer. I just don't understand how they can neglect their customer service aspect of being a vendor. I'm gonna have my husband check the center hole anyway I appreciate the fast responses from you guys!!! I think i'll start hanging out here more often Thanks, Jen
  10. I'll be there, I booked my room at the Flamingo last week!
  11. I've got quite a few reos, I'm not into the LR stuff, so I just use standard joye 510 attys on it. You can buy a drip tip most any vendor. I think good prophets has them for 1.49 right now, free shipping over $30 just in case you need to pick anything else up while you are there. Grab yourself a few attys. An atty on a REO will last ya a LONG time. I wish you luck, once you've tried the REO, there is no turning back!! It's fabulous
  12. Well, I received my pink/silver VP Turbo AV on June 23rd & on July 2nd it died...........just wouldn't fire. I didn't drop it, or leak juice into it. I have no idea what happened. I never adjusted the voltage, just always kept it at 3.7 & used protected trustfires. At first I thought I put a dead battery in.........switched batteries, no luck. Switched cartos, no luck. Apparently it has a 90 day warranty, but i've contacted the people at vaprlife 6 times & can't get them to send me an RMA number to send the VP Turbo back in to get it repaired. My husband mods..........any advice on having him take it apart & repair it? Has anyone else had this type of experience with Vaprlife? What can I do?
  13. You asked for it, so here it is guys!!!! You wanted it sooner rather than later. Saturday, July 9th at at Dave and Busters in Katy, TX (northern suburb of Houston). The meet up starts at 5pm & goes until we decide to call it quits (or the place closes down at 2am). Feel free to PM "bmwjen" with questions, comments, suggestions, ideas. Here is the link to Dave and Busters website: http://www.daveandbusters.com/Default.aspx The address is: 7620 Katy Freeway Houston, TX 77024
  14. I watched Bruce demo these on vapetv one night before he moved. They look pretty neat, but he insisted to use them on at least a 5v device. I won't be using them on the Infinity any time soon.........
  15. Hi, it's bmwjen, or just Jen. I'm new on these forums (found them on tapatalk via my android), but i'm not new to vaping. I'm normally at another ecig community, but figured i'd check in here to see how this forum is. I currently live in Texas!!! I'm married & I'm a mom. If you know me from somewhere else, feel free to say hello
  16. Hi KTK, Ohio is my homestate! I'm also new to these forums. I found them on tapatalk on my android, so I decided to visit the site on the computer too.
  17. I order my organic VG juice from Virgin Vapor. The organic means that the flavoring she uses is organic, probably from natures finest. I haven't noticed a difference in color, but even her blue cooler is a clear juice. I haven't noticed a taste difference, probably because all juices taste different to me.
  18. I use this in my water. I'd have to research the ingredients to see if the molecular structures change during the heating process to see if i'd actually want to vape it. I'd say it's pretty expensive to use as a DIY flavoring, & there are only like 4 or 5 flavors available at my grocery store.
  19. just wanted to remind everyone that THIS FRIDAY, come meet up with your fellow Houstonian Vapors in Old Town Spring!!
  20. I've organized a Houston area Vape Meet Up Date::Saturday May 14th Time::5pm- until whenever you decide to leave Location:: Wunsche Bros. Cafe URL for location and directions::Wunsche Bros Cafe and Saloon Restaurant for Dining in Old Town Spring near Houston (I've had quite a bit of interest in a Houston meet up, so I scouted places that allowed the e-cig in their establishments, and can accommodate a crew of about 20-30 vapors) The manager of the establishment is familiar with the e-cig and is excited to have us! Please spread the word to your fellow vapors in the Houston Area!
  21. I guess I didn't get all mathmatical & have a formula. I just kept buying 24mg until I got my Reo Mini, then I noticed since I was vaping more often, I could cut the nic.

yes, when the juice is near the bottom, just keep turning it so that it actually is ON the wicks, because the wick is what is feeding the juice.
  23. wow, i've had some rough experiences with some vendors, mostly because everything coming out new is trial & error. I've had pretty good luck with all vendors & returns. Reo Mini- fixed no problem pyrex drip tip- broke in my hand, still have a shard of glass in my finger, sent me a new one cisco 306 LR atty- arrived DOA, promptly sent a new one. most vendors are pretty good about working with. I'd love to know about those that aren't though.
  24. I don't think there can ever be too much wake & vape. Have you tried Vapor Renew's juice with caffeine? blackberry omg!!!!!! anyway, I do think it's a tastbud thing.
